Dianthus x Fire Star

Fragrant, fiery red flowers with a deep crimson eye appear in abundance throughout the growing season on vigorous, heat tolerant plants with gray-green foliage. An excellent selection for rock and trough gardens. Plant en masse to form a groundcover, or use as a colorful edging at the front of a border. An herbaceous perennial.

Quickly reaches 8 in. tall, 8 to 12 in. wide.
